Instagram Instagram Keeps Asking for Face ID Again and Again

Hi everyone,

I’m having a big problem with my Instagram account check and I’m stuck doing the same step over and over.

My page is a business account with about 395,000 followers and it has been active since 2016. Instagram asked me to complete a video selfie / face check to prove I’m real.

Every time I finish it, it seems to work, but after waiting for a response, it sends me right back to the same screen and asks me to do it again. This just keeps happening with no end.

This kind of login and verification problem, especially on accounts with around 395,000 followers, can sometimes happen because the app gets confused by device or network issues.

One way to try fixing it is to reinstall the app and make sure your internet connection is stable. If it keeps happening, you may need to reach out to Instagram support for help and ask them to review the problem manually.

Try not to repeat the same verification too many times in a row, since that can sometimes slow down the review process or cause more delays.
