Hi, I’m making a brand new Twitter account from zero to grow my OnlyFans. I’m not using any other social media for traffic and just focusing on X.
Does anyone have tips on what I should do — or not do — at the start? Are there any good tools or websites that can help with growth?
Also, if I manage more than 2–3 accounts, do I need to use proxies?
