I think it’s better to grow your channel the natural way. Make good videos first, then share your YouTube link in groups where people already like that topic.

When new people from different IPs visit your channel and decide to subscribe, that kind of growth is hard to buy with money.

So my advice is to focus on real growth instead of shortcuts. It may take a little longer, but it can help your channel stay strong for the long run.

How did I get monetized? I did it the normal way, growing little by little. I wasn’t in a hurry to make money, and I still kind of take my time.

If you don’t want to wait and want something almost free, you could try those view-for-view apps. You watch other people’s videos to earn coins, then use those coins to boost your own videos. But honestly, these apps are not very reliable and don’t give all the views they promise—they just give a small amount.

Another option is paying for real views, but that costs money. No matter what you do, make sure your videos are made in a way that helps your channel grow past the limit. Having a small group of real viewers is much better than having a big fake audience that you always have to maintain.

You’re right, there are faster ways to reach about 3.9K watch hours and around 950–1K subscribers. One common way people talk about is:

1 - Buying watch hours and subscribers from online panels. If you try this, pick a trusted one that actually works. Even then, you may have to wait around 12–18 days to see results. This is usually only helpful if your channel already has some watch time and you just need a little more to reach the goal.

2 - An easier way some people choose is buying a channel that is already making money in the YouTube Partner Program. It’s better to pick a channel with about 18K–95K subscribers and some recent activity, like around 18K–45K views in the last 2 days. This shows the channel is still active, so even if you post new videos, YouTube may still show them to the right viewers and adjust over time.

You can also pick smaller monetized channels with around 900–1K subscribers, and they can still work fine.

Another option is using websites where you do small tasks, like watching videos, to get views. But this way takes more effort compared to using simple watch-time services.

Getting about 900–1,100 subscribers is not too hard if you use Shorts, but the tough part is reaching around 3,800–4,200 watch hours.

Like others said, going natural is the best way. From what I’ve seen, paying for panels or “view for view” is like a gamble. A lot of times, YouTube cuts those views or even removes some of the subscribers you got. Also, that traffic often comes from low-paying regions, so your channel won’t really make much money.

And once you get monetized, YouTube can be way more strict—like 90x stricter with your channel.

That’s just what I think. You can still try different things and see what works for you, like I did.
