Share a real story from your life and add a lesson from work.
Plain text works best, then photos, and links last.
Make posts that get people talking.
Use real pictures you took yourself, not fake stock photos.
Post on Tuesday to Thursday, in the morning or around lunch.
Answer comments as soon as you can.
Don’t sound like you’re selling something, and don’t post outside links too much.
