Payment
Our Fees for Services are specified in the proposal we provide to you.
We accept payment only in the form of cryptocurrency, but may make exceptions for other payment methods on a case-by-case basis.
Payment for Services must be made in full before we begin work on your project.
Ownership and Copyright
Upon payment in full, the client will be granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the final designs for the agreed-upon use.
We retain the ownership and copyright of the designs and the right to display them in our portfolio and use them in our marketing materials.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for any third-party elements included in the final designs.
The client is not allowed to redistribute or resell the graphics without our permission.
Revisions and Approval
We will provide you with initial design concepts and revisions based on your feedback.
The client is responsible for providing clear and detailed feedback on revisions.
Once the client has approved the final design, any additional changes will be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation and Refunds
The client may cancel the project at any time, but no refunds will be provided for work completed up to that point.
If we cancel the project, a full refund will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any product or service purchased through our Service is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service.
