I want to tell you about an easy free way that helped me get my first few clients. I didn’t spend any money on ads. I only used Twitter and sent messages every day.
This is what I did:
First, I picked who I wanted to help. I chose small businesses like food places, barber shops, and gyms.
Then I fixed my profile. I wrote a short bio that said I help local businesses get more customers using social media. I also added about 3–4 pinned posts to show what I can do.
Next, I looked for people to message. I searched for businesses in different cities using words like “restaurant NYC” or “barber shop London.”
Before messaging them, I interacted with them. I liked and replied to their posts for a few days so they would notice me.
After that, I sent a short and simple message.
After about 12 days, I started seeing results.
I sent around 33 to 38 messages.
About 7 people replied.
2 of them said yes to a call.
I got 1 small deal for about $190 each month.
It’s not a lot of money, but it shows the idea works, and it didn’t cost anything. If you are just starting and want your first client, this can help you begin.
Main idea:
Don’t make things too hard. Simple messages that are helpful can really get you clients.
