Since September, I have been trying to get my personal ad account on Facebook checked, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so because Facebook cannot verify my identity. Despite numerous attempts to submit my documents such as my identity card and driver's license, Facebook has been unable to confirm my identity. It's important to note that this is my genuine and personal account.
The identity confirmation process has failed, and as a result, I am unable to request a review. When reaching out to Facebook support, they have informed me that they are unable to assist since identity verification falls under the purview of the "Account Quality" team.
I am aware that this issue has affected other users in the past, so I'm curious if anyone has been able to find a solution. It's worth mentioning that both my Facebook profile and my identity on the developers' section have been verified.
