You can try getting your data from the settings menu. Sometimes, messages that were deleted might still appear in the data file if they weren’t fully erased yet.

It doesn’t work. Once messages are deleted, there isn’t really a way to get them back.

You can ask Instagram for a copy of your account data in the settings. In some cases, old messages might still be there if they were not completely removed yet.

I don’t think it can come back. Once it’s lost, it’s probably over.

Instagram does not really have a simple way to get back deleted messages. Once you delete a chat, it is usually removed from their system for good. But there are still 2 or 3 things you can try that may help you find them again.

I’m pretty sure Instagram cannot restore messages after they are deleted. Still, you could look through your email alerts or try downloading your account info from the Instagram settings page to see if the messages are there.

Hey, when Instagram chats get deleted, they are usually lost for good. The only chance is if the other person still has the messages and can send them back to you. Instagram sadly does not have a tool to bring deleted chats back. There’s really no easy trick to fix it.
