My group and I run about 6 YouTube channels. We use AI to help with writing, make pictures with Sora, create videos using SeaArt, and do voices with ElevenLabs. Most of the visuals are made by AI, but we still fix the scripts by hand. I put the videos together myself, adding clips and music.

I also sign into each channel using different profiles in Hidemyacc, and each one has its own proxy. The channels have been active for close to 3 months now, and our best video has a little over 11k views. We focus on longer videos, not shorts.

So I wanted to ask others doing AI YouTube like me—how is it going for you? From what you’ve seen, is getting around 11k views in a few months good? I’ve noticed some people upload just 3–4 videos and already get really high views.

About 11k views is pretty okay. The ones getting really big numbers fast might just have a video that’s going viral or about something popular right now.

Keep going. It’s super easy to quit when the numbers look bad. But anyone who made it through that tough spot will tell you—they’ve been exactly where you are right now.

yeah, I almost felt like quitting

I think you’re doing really well. I have an AI R&B music channel too. I started about 82 days ago. Every day, I post around 1 hour of my own AI music that I made using tools like Suno and ChatGPT for the lyrics. I got monetized around day 41. Right now, I usually get about 12–15k views each month. So yeah, you’re doing just fine.

It looks like you have a good plan going. Getting around 9.5k views in about 2 months is a nice start, especially for longer videos. Growth can be different for everyone, based on things like your topic, titles, thumbnails, and how long people watch. Keep trying new ideas and making small changes—sometimes just one big video can really change things for you.

That sounds like a smart plan.

Post lots of short clips first to gain more followers. After that, start adding full videos and your channel may grow faster.

Don’t do reels or shorts, it really doesn’t help much. I saw you posting long videos and getting around 9k views, that’s actually really good. Keep focusing on that. There’s no real reason to mess up your algorithm with short-form viewers because most of them usually won’t sit and watch your longer videos anyway.

Keep going and don’t quit, even when some videos only get a few hundred views. If YouTube sees you uploading all the time, it usually starts showing your channel to more people little by little. Staying consistent helps your channel grow stronger over time.

I’ve seen that sharing videos between different channels can help a little. It’s not a huge jump, but it slowly brings more views to each upload over time.
