My team and I take care of about 6 YouTube channels. We use AI to help write scripts, Sora for pictures, SeaArt for videos, and ElevenLabs for voice. So, most of the visuals are made by AI, but my team still fixes the scripts by hand. I handle the editing, like putting clips together and adding music.

I sign in to each channel using a different profile with its own proxy. The channels have been running for close to 3 months now, and our best video has a little over 11k views. We make longer videos, not shorts.

So I wanted to ask—if you also use AI for YouTube, how is it going for you? From what you’ve seen, is getting around 11k views in 3 months good? I’ve noticed some people upload just 3–4 videos and already get lots of views.

About 11k views is pretty good. The ones getting lots more views may have made videos on something popular or trending.

Keep going and don’t stop. It’s really easy to quit when the numbers look bad. But anyone who made it through will tell you they were once in the same spot you are in now.

Yeah, I did think about quitting at one point.

I honestly think you’re doing really well. I started an AI R&B music channel about 79 days ago. I post a new 1-hour mix of original AI songs every day using Suno for the music and ChatGPT to help with lyrics. My channel got monetized around day 42, and now I usually get about 12k to 15k views each month. So from what I see, you’re definitely on the right track.

It sounds like you already have a pretty good setup. Getting around 9k views in just over 2 months is actually a strong start, especially for longer videos. Channel growth can change a lot based on the topic, titles, thumbnails, and how long people keep watching. Keep trying new ideas and improving things little by little. Sometimes one big video can suddenly help the whole channel grow fast.
