Hi guys, I just wanted to tell you a bit about my journey with YouTube automation and faceless channels so far…
How I Got Started
I began exploring YouTube automation around the middle of 2025, but honestly, I’d been playing with YouTube long before that.
When I was younger, I made my first Minecraft channel. I posted videos, messed up, and tried again. Then I started another channel in a totally different niche… and failed once more.
Even though I failed, it was super valuable. Every try taught me something new—editing videos, making thumbnails, writing scripts, crafting good titles… basically all the skills you need to actually earn online.
I finally monetized my first channel back in 2019. At first, I barely made anything, but once YouTube Shorts came out, that’s when I started earning for real.
Where I Am Now
Right now, I run about 6 active channels. My big goal is to grow that to around 18 channels. If each one makes close to $1.1K every month, that would give me a nice, steady income from YTA.
I do things a bit differently. I work with other people and share the earnings. Each channel works on its own, and I get a part of the AdSense money.
Out of the 6 channels, 4 are Shorts channels and 2 are long videos. The Shorts are making me the most money right now.
One big thing I learned is this: don’t spend too much time trying to make money from just one new channel. I always try to find the quickest way to start earning, and then I change the channel later after it begins making money.
Right now, I make about $1.1K each month, but my goal is to reach around $19K per month.
My idea is to use Shorts channels to bring in quick cash, and then use that money to build bigger projects later on.
Here’s some money my channels are making:

Where I Want to Go
I’ve had some hard times before. A few of my channels got taken down, and I also lost money from YPP for a while. But I was able to fix things and get back on track. Now, I want to stay away from those problems.
That’s why I want to learn more about using things like multi-login setups, proxies, and backup accounts. The problem is, I don’t really see people teaching this for YouTube automation.
Most people use just one AdSense for many channels. That can be risky if something goes wrong and everything gets banned. I want to be ready so that doesn’t happen.
I also have one evergreen channel that makes about $9 each month. It’s not a lot yet, but I’ve only posted around 190 videos. Channels like this usually do better after 1,000 or more uploads.
If anyone else is making a lot of evergreen content or thinking about backup plans for YouTube, I’d be happy to share ideas on how to grow faster and make more money.
