How can I get my Facebook account back if I don’t have access to my email or phone number?

I’m trying to get back into my Facebook account, but I can’t use the old email or phone number connected to it. The normal recovery steps aren’t working for me.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • The account recovery page
  • Friend confirmation (the option doesn’t even show up)
  • Logging in from an old device (still didn’t work)

If you can’t use your email or phone number, it’s almost impossible to get the account back.

You can still try reaching out to Facebook live chat support. Only their support team can really help in this case.

They will likely ask you to prove your identity before they do anything.

Try signing in from a phone, computer, or Wi‑Fi you used before for that account. This can raise the chances that a new way to verify shows up.

If that still doesn’t help, you may need to make a fresh Facebook account and then send a request through their Help Center. They might ask you to upload your ID to prove who you are (if the account has your real name).

How do I use Facebook chat support? I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Hey, I know it feels really upsetting to get locked out like that, especially when the normal steps don’t work. You can try one more thing. Go to facebook.com/hacked and follow the steps there. Even if your account wasn’t hacked, it can sometimes show extra ways to get back in.

If it asks, you can also send a clear photo of your ID. This has helped some people when nothing else worked. I hope this helps you. Good luck,
Zak

I had the same problem before. I went to Facebook’s help page and tried to search for my account using my name. When that didn’t work, they asked me to upload an ID photo. It took a little while, but I was able to get my account back.

If you can’t use your old email or phone, try getting your account back from the device you used before. You can also send your ID and account details to prove it’s you. It might take a few days for help to show up again, so just be patient.

Try reaching out to support for help. There is also a way to get your profile back using a friend’s account. Your friend can open your profile and follow some steps to help you recover it.

If you can’t use the email or phone linked to your account anymore, you might ask a friend to help confirm it if you have the “verify friends” option turned on. If that doesn’t work, try reaching out to support for help. Hope you get your account back soon!

If you’re not able to get your old account back, you could make a new Facebook account instead. Just remember, you won’t be able to get the stuff from your old account again.

The only real way to get your account back is to reach out to Facebook support.

Try going to the Facebook account recovery page and look for your profile using your name or username. If that doesn’t work, you can send a photo of your official ID through Facebook’s help page.

If you no longer have access to the email or phone number, recovery is usually very difficult. Most people try the Facebook ID verification process, but if it doesn’t work the best option is to start with a new account setup.

If you still have access to a trusted device or browser you used before, try recovering the account from there. Facebook is more likely to recognize you and let you reset the login info
