When we link a card to our Facebook ads, it takes about the same amount of money as the ad spend. But if the ad account gets shut down, will that money come back to us?

A while back—things might be different now—I had some leftover money in my account that I couldn’t spend. I reached out to Facebook help, and they sent the money back to my card.
