I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your experiences regarding testing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of your apps. Currently, I'm in the process of launching a Chinese super app in the Western market. However, before doing so, I need to convince my Asian colleagues that the app in its current state is not suitable for a Western audience. To make a compelling argument, I would like to rely on data-driven insights, which is why I'm seeking a suitable solution.
If any of you have had experience with companies specializing in this area, I would love to hear your recommendations. I've come across some service companies, but I was hoping to find marketplaces specifically catering to these needs.
