I need directions how to create step by step Ebay stealth account!

Hello, I have recently read the eBay Stealth eBook, but I find myself confused. I would appreciate it if someone could help me break down the steps required for successfully managing multiple eBay accounts. My goal is to have at least five accounts. Based on the information I obtained from the stealth eBook, I have learned the following steps. However, please correct me if I am missing anything or if any adjustments need to be made:

1. For the first account, I created it using a new IP address and used an address that I had used before.
2. For all other accounts, I created them using different IP addresses and new Windows accounts.
3. All accounts share the same address that was previously used on eBay. This is necessary to match my existing working PayPal account.

If there are any crucial steps or considerations that I have overlooked, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance.
