How’s traffic from Facebook these days? Is it still worth the effort?

I’ve been hearing that Facebook traffic is really slowing down (like it’s been hammered hard), so I’m thinking about trying FB ads for my BH project.

Looking for some thoughts on how well it’s working—maybe it depends a lot on the niche we pick?

Thanks!

Facebook traffic isn’t gone, but it’s way trickier these days. Since late 2024, stricter reviews, ad rejections, and account blocks have been hitting hard. Still, it can work if your niche is somewhat safe and you’re careful with your posts and prep.

The people still getting results in 2026 usually use smart cloaking, reliable mobile proxies to switch things up, and keep testing to avoid obvious patterns. Your niche is important, but how you set up the whole funnel matters just as much.

Yeah, Facebook can still send decent traffic.

One of the best ways is through groups—but I mean running your own group. I tried it once in the poker niche and got a nice little flow of traffic from it.

Facebook traffic can still bring results, but it mostly depends on your niche and how clean your funnel is. Costs are higher now, and moderation is stricter—especially for BH content. Start with a small budget to test, then grow carefully.

What do you think about using agency accounts? Is it a good idea, or could those accounts get banned?

People don’t like your posts and pictures very much, and also Facebook checks things very closely, so fewer people are coming now.

Yeah, Facebook traffic is not the same like before—there is more people trying to do it, and prices slowly go higher. But it can still work well if you choose a good niche and run ads in a smart way. Some niches do much better because the people there care more or there is less crowd.

Also, how you build your ads is very important: nice pictures or videos, the right audience, and careful spending. If your BH project is in a niche that is not too full, you can still get nice traffic. Just be ready to test things and fix what is not working.

And if you want fewer problems, agency accounts can sometimes help keep your ads more steady and running fine.

Facebook traffic has gone down a bit recently, but if you pick a good niche, it can still work okay. I’d like to see how your idea does—tell us how it goes!

Since the start of the year, I’ve noticed that interactions have been going down little by little because the rules are getting stricter. No matter what you sell, it can become costly if ads aren’t done the right way. When interactions get too low, it becomes very hard to run a business.

Facebook traffic is not “dead” like some people say. It’s just more broken up now because of changing algorithms, more competition, and people moving toward short video apps.

But if you pick a good niche (like fun content, money topics, helpful tips, or interesting products), aim at the right audience, and use eye-catching pages and ads, Facebook Ads can still work really well.

The most important things are still your content and how you share it. If you do those the right way, you can still grow step by step.

It really depends on the niche and the ad setup. In many cases Facebook traffic still works well if the targeting and creatives are optimized properly. Many advertisers are still getting good results from it.

Facebook traffic is definitely harder than it used to be, but it’s still worth it if you adapt to how the platform works now.

Organic reach for normal page posts is much lower these days — many pages only reach around 2–5% of followers organically. ([FB Group Bulk Poster])

But Facebook still has massive traffic overall, especially for:

* Reels
* Viral meme/funny content
* Groups
* Community pages
* US/UK audiences
* 30+ age demographics

The people still winning on Facebook in 2026 are focusing heavily on short videos, shareable posts, and engagement instead of just posting links or images.

For meme/joke pages specifically, shares are the key metric now. If people tag friends or repost your content, Facebook keeps pushing it. A lot of creators say Reels still have huge upside even on small pages.

So honestly:

* Easy organic growth? No.
* Dead platform? Also no.
* Still profitable with the right content and audience? Definitely yes.
