How can I make lots of new Facebook accounts on my MacBook?

I'm using shared 4G internet from my phone, changing IP addresses, deleting browsing history and cookies, switching browsers, and using anti-detection browsers. I even tried using virtual Windows, but I keep getting stopped after creating three new accounts, and they get blocked.

Thanks for any help!
